As we work with a variety of technology and service providers, all clients must refer to the specific terms outlined in their product or service agreement. This policy ensures that returns and exchanges are handled according to industry standards, protecting both GoTime Digital and our clients from any inconsistencies.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

For products and services sold through GoTime Digital, returns and exchanges may vary depending on the provider. Each of our partners, including but not limited to AT&T, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, and other leading technology suppliers, has its own return and exchange guidelines. Please review the applicable product agreement or reach out to your GoTime Digital representative for specific instructions.

RETURNS

Conditions for Return
All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Certain products, such as software licenses, cloud subscriptions, and digital services, may be non-returnable due to licensing agreements and digital consumption policies.

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply for physical hardware returns, depending on the provider's terms. Typically, this fee ranges from 10-15% of the purchase price.

Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at info@gotimedigital.com. We will guide you through the steps, including where to send the product for inspection. Approval or rejection of your return will be determined based on the product's condition and compliance with the original provider's policy. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method, subject to bank processing times.

EXCHANGES

GoTime Digital only offers exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact info@gotimedigital.com within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange an exchange for the same item or provide further instructions for the return process.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of certain services, the following items are typically non-returnable:

  • Subscription-based services and software licenses

  • Cloud-based and digital products

  • Sale or clearance items

Please consult your service agreement or contact us for clarification on specific items.

GIFTS

If a purchase was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you may be eligible for a gift credit. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a credit certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the purchaser, the original purchaser will receive the refund.

SHIPPING COSTS

Clients are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items unless specified by the provider’s return policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will exclude the cost of initial and return shipping, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
