GoTime Digital Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Effective Date: March 29, 2025
Welcome to GoTime Digital—where digital engagement is engineered, not improvised.
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the rules of engagement across all GoTime Digital platforms, systems, gamified environments, and services. By accessing any of our technologies, simulations, portals, or digital experiences, you agree to these terms, which are designed not only to protect infrastructure—but to elevate behavior in an ecosystem built for performance, trust, and transformation.
🏁 1. Permitted Use
GoTime Digital’s platforms are built for:
Business communications, digital workflows, and lifecycle automation
Experiential marketing activations and live event technologies
Secure document execution, CRM operations, and client-facing portals
Gamified training, simulation-based sales systems, and AI-powered outreach
Immersive storytelling, content creation, and tech-enabled partner engagement
You are expected to engage with these systems ethically, professionally, and with the same respect you'd give to an in-person competition, a closed-room pitch, or a live racetrack.
🚫 2. Prohibited Use
To maintain platform integrity and elite performance, you may not use GoTime Digital services to:
Violate any law, regulation, or industry standard
Upload or transmit malicious software, exploits, or vulnerabilities
Bypass security or authentication protocols (no backdoors, brute force, or scraping)
Share login credentials or impersonate another user, brand, or team
Misuse automation or deploy unapproved bots/scripts within GoTime systems
Interfere with live events, XTM challenges, or gamified systems
Inflate performance metrics or tamper with competition outcomes
Capture, distribute, or repurpose GoTime's proprietary gamification models, events, or simulations without written consent
Use GoTime environments to train external AI systems or scrape behavioral data
🛡 3. Experiential System Integrity
GoTime Digital operates proprietary IP including:
Cyber Grand Prix™
ForgeOS™ (client platform + gamified OS)
TechPath+™ Bundles
GoTime Elite™ Certification Systems
AI-Powered Sales Competitions
Pit Crew Training & Podium Rankings
You agree not to replicate, modify, reverse-engineer, or extract mechanics from these environments without explicit written approval. These systems are not “features”—they are frameworks. Exploiting them undermines our category—and your place in it.
🧠 4. Behavioral Conduct in Gamified Environments
When participating in any GoTime experience—including competitive missions, role-based simulations, team tracks, or elite certifications—you agree to:
Compete fairly and honestly
Avoid exploiting mechanics, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
Respect the digital and human teams supporting the challenge environment
Abide by leaderboard and ranking protocols (e.g., no false submissions or bot-assisted completions)
Violations may result in:
Strike-based disciplinary action
Suspension of gamified access or public ranking
Removal from GoTime Elite™ or challenge eligibility
Permanent access termination or legal pursuit (in the case of IP abuse)
⚙️ 5. AI & Automation Boundaries
GoTime Digital leverages AI internally to enhance workflows, CRM logic, and gamified sales intelligence. However:
You may not deploy unauthorized bots, scripts, or automation agents against any GoTime service
AI-generated content representing GoTime must be pre-approved and must not simulate real employees, partners, or systems
Automated scraping, training, or shadow modeling using GoTime data is strictly prohibited
🎥 6. Content, UGC, and Public Storytelling
If you participate in a GoTime event, challenge, or platform experience, you may be recorded or featured in performance content.
You may not share internal challenge footage, IP screenshots, or session replays externally without permission
Influencer posts or user-generated content (UGC) must tag GoTime Digital and link to original source material
GoTime reserves the right to feature high-performing participants in public success stories, training reels, or leaderboard recaps
🧱 7. Role-Based Access Expectations
GoTime operates on tiered access models:
Client Users
Partner & Vendor Access
Internal Admins & Ops
Gamified Participant Accounts
Attendee & Guest Portals
Misuse of permissions, unauthorized escalation of access, or access-sharing across roles is a violation of this AUP.
🔍 8. Monitoring & Accountability
To ensure platform excellence:
All sessions may be monitored in real-time or post-event
Behavior is analyzed not just for security, but to improve system design and training
Repeat offenders will be flagged internally and may face platform removal, loss of certification, or legal recourse
📩 9. Report Violations or Security Concerns
If you observe behavior that violates this policy—or suspect unauthorized access, metric manipulation, or simulation tampering—report immediately to:
📧 admin@gotimedigital.com
📞 (801) 628-2306
⚖️ 10. Policy Enforcement
GoTime reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Violations may result in:
Access restrictions
Content removal
Leaderboard adjustments
Service suspension or contract termination
Legal action for IP or systems abuse
This is not just about compliance.
It’s about protecting the integrity of a new category we’re building—together.
